All proceeds from the tournament are in support of the SMLCA.

Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the tournament.  Please note that where the registration was paid for by credit card, there will be a 5% processing fee for the cancellation.  This is to cover the costs of the credit card transaction fees that are not refunded to the SMLCA.  As a not-for-profit, we do not have the resources to cover these costs.
