Special Resolution Meeting for Membership

The Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) required the SMLCA to make changes to our ByLaw.  This meeting is to review the changes, address questions and concerns of Members, and to pass the new ByLaw.  

This meeting is open to Voting Members only and will be held at Wawautosa Marina.
